Once a product is purchased, and received in a perfect condition, it cannot be returned or refunded in any case.

Damaged or incorrect/incomplete order

Each order is thoroughly checked and carefully packaged before shipping. However, if any item is received damaged or incorrect, please get in touch with us within 48 hours. Ensure that you send us a video/photo of the product. After analyzing the video/photo we will replace your product with a new one.

Refund

Our policy does not entail any refund, but it can be discussed if the need arises. In such a case, refund will be issued within 7 working days.

Promo code

A promo code, once used shall not be refunded in case of cancellation of order.

Sale items

Products on sale are final and cannot be refunded or returned.

Shipping cost

If any incorrect order is received and wish to be exchanged, the cost of shipping the incorrect item to us will be borne by the customer. The new shipping fee will also be taken care of by the customer.
