At Bellini, we understand that receiving your candles in perfect condition and in a timely manner is crucial. We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free and reliable shipping experience. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy:
1. Shipping Locations: We currently offer shipping services within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Shipping Timeframes:
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
- Delivery Time: After processing, delivery times may vary depending on your location within India. Please allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or holidays may affect delivery times, which are beyond our control.
3. Shipping Partners: We have partnered with reliable and trusted courier services to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your candles. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Shipping Charges:
- We offer a flat shipping fee of Rs 100 for orders within Delhi-NCR.
- For orders outside the capital region will entail a flat shipping fee of Rs 150.
5. Shipping Packaging: We take great care in packaging your candles to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Our packaging is designed to protect the candles from damage during transit. We currently use eco-friendly paper packaging, but for some fragile orders we at times resort to recyclable plastic packaging material as well.
6. Shipping Restrictions:
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate. Any additional charges for address corrections or redirections will be the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Tracking: You can track your order's status and estimated delivery date by using the provided tracking number. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please feel free to reach out to us.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. In case of lost order, we will work diligently to resolve the issue with the delivery partner and provide a satisfactory solution. However, for damaged shipment an unboxing video would be required. Refund will only be issued after checking the condition of the candle.
